 To download and install free trial:

  1)      Click:  the Download Free Trial button on the right (6.0 MB)     Download Free Trial

                                              (If your computer is a 64-bit one Download 64x Free Trial  )

2)    Click:  Run

    

3)      Click:  Run

 

4)   Click: Install

 

5)      Go to:  Start > All Programs > CaoTechnology

 

6)   Drag icon dcsDigitiser to your desktop

 

* Set the Screen Resolution of your computer display 1024 x 780 or higher to run.

* There will be a  message asking to install WindowsBase version 3.0.0.0 and System.Core version 3.5.0.0 to the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) for some computers that do no have the two dll files yet.  These two files can be downloaded from Microsoft.  Alternatively, you can also download them from this site;   and place them to your computer C:\Windows\assembly

1)      WindowsBase 3.0.0.0 (1.14 MB)     Download  ;  click Save to save it on your computer

2)      System.Core 3.5.0.0 (650 KB)     Download  ;  click Save to save it on your computer

You then try to download again.

 

To uninstall:

            1) Go to: Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

            2) Remove  dcsDigitiser

How Do I know my computer is a 32-bit or 64 bit one ?

To find out if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows in Windows 7 or Windows Vista, do the following:

1.     Open System by clicking the Start button , right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.

2.     Under System, you can view the system type.

 

If your computer is running Windows XP, do the following:

1.   Click Start.

2.     Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

o      If you don't see "x64 Edition" listed, then you're running the 32-bit version of Windows XPp> .

o      If "x64 Edition" is listed under System , you're running the 64-bit version of Windows X
